Gated Community Security

All gated communities have something in common. There is a gate and there is someone who needs to open the gate for residents and visitors.

Your clients homes and community are more than just bricks and mortar. When residents arrive at your gates, you want them to feel welcome, safe, and secure. To accomplish this residential security officers wil have a number of responsibilities including:

On-site Guarding: Officers at your gatehouse must make a friendly first impression and double as goodwill ambassadors

Access and traffic control: Facilitate entry of visitors and vendors by managing guest access and working with residents to ensure visitor notification as soon as possible.

Help enforce traffic and speed rules in the community with a professional demeanor.

Covenant enforcement: Monitor the environment so that architectural and aesthetic standards are being upheld and that construction and renovation projects adhere to community regulations.

Life safety: Act as first responders to emergencies so that sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and other life safety equipment work properly and undergo scheduled maintenance.

In the event of hurricanes, tornadoes or earthquakes, our staff is trained to communicate safety procedures and mobilize to help keep residents and buildings safe.

Law enforcement partnership: External threats outside your gates can create unexpected risks within your community. To keep you aware of such local and national threats, we cultivate relationships with public safety officials to understand emerging dangers and respond accordingly with a comprehensive risk management strategy.

Supplementary services: This can include extra staffing for community events, parking enforcement, and pool access and monitoring.
