On April 20, 2016 the armed security officers working for American Security Programs, Inc at the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) voted unanimously for representation by the Law Enforcement Officers Security Unions (LEOSU-DC) Washington DC. See certification here.

This election victory comes on the heals of two recent election victories by the Law Enforcement Officers Security Unions (LEOSU) and its division LEOSU-DC) Washington DC.

On March 16, 2016 the LEOSU-DC was certified by the National Labor Relations Board NLRB in Washington DC to represent: All full-time and part-time security guards employed by the Employer HBC Management Services, Inc, at the US Visit office currently located at 1616 North Fort Myer Drive, Arlington, Virginia; but excluding all clerical employees, captains, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

On April 4, 2016 the security officers who work on the New Jersey docks for Universal Protection Service UPS voted unanimously to Join the Law Enforcement Officers Security Unions (LEOSU).
