Mr Maritas,
Thank you for your letter. I am looking into this matter to ensure the FPS contracting team is conforming to the guidance I have provided including implementing guidance on Section 3610 of the CARES Act. I will follow up with you early next week after I’ve had the opportunity to speak to the appropriate individuals and research the matter. In the interim I ask that you please direct the individuals copied on the original submission of your letter to please discontinue forwarding this correspondence to me. Multiple emails with copies of the letter are neither helpful or necessary.

Again, thank you for alerting me to your concerns.
Soraya Correa
Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Procurement Executive
U. S. Department of Homeland Security
